Bid Day Blueprint offers personalized coaching for sorority recruitment, drawing on recent, firsthand experience from one of the nation’s largest and most competitive recruitments at the University of Alabama. As a former Recruitment Chair who has spent the last two years analyzing thousands of PNMs and leading recruitment strategy, I provide guidance that is both current and relevant—insight that most consulting agencies simply cannot match. My direct involvement in recruitment ensures that I offer unique perspectives based on today's SEC recruitment environment, rather than relying on outdated information or hearsay. Unlike larger services that depend on secondhand details, my coaching reflects the realities of recruitment today, including conversations, voting processes, social media, and presentation.
