During this session, PNMs will engage in practice conversations and receive constructive feedback, making it a key component of our sorority recruitment packages.
Tier Two includes everything offered in Tier One, along with enhanced PNM support services, more in-depth preparation guidance, and personalized recruitment strategy support tailored to your needs.
Our PNM support services offer personalized assistance in planning recruitment outfits for each round. This includes: outfit coordination and styling recommendations, recruitment preparation guidance on dress codes and expectations by school, assistance in creating polished and cohesive looks, and advice on shoes, accessories, hair, and overall presentation. Additionally, PNMs may send their final outfit options for feedback and recommendations as part of our sorority recruitment packages.
Simulated recruitment conversations designed to mirror real recruitment experiences at each PNM’s specific university are an essential part of our PNM support services. These mock rounds are tailored to the structure and style of their school’s recruitment process, including rounds such as Open House, Philanthropy, Sisterhood, and Preference, depending on the campus format.
These sessions provide comprehensive recruitment preparation guidance and help PNMs:
- Practice speaking confidently under pressure
- Understand how conversations flow throughout each round
- Learn how to respond to the types of questions they are most likely to be asked
- Prepare for what chapters are evaluating during conversations
- Develop stronger storytelling and conversational skills
- Receive individualized feedback after each mock session
Our sorority recruitment packages are designed to closely replicate the structure, pace, and expectations of real recruitment conversations while teaching girls how to respond confidently, authentically, and strategically throughout the process.
This program offers detailed education and coaching on how the recruitment process functions, including: maximizing options throughout recruitment, emotional preparation for cuts and invitations, and guidance on preference and final voting decisions. Additionally, we provide recruitment preparation guidance and strategies for maintaining an open mindset during recruitment. This portion focuses heavily on helping PNMs make informed decisions while managing expectations throughout the process, making it a vital part of our PNM support services and one of our comprehensive sorority recruitment packages.
Tier Three is the highest level of support and includes everything offered in Tier One and Tier Two, plus personalized PNM support services throughout rush week itself. This package is specifically designed for PNMs and families seeking recruitment preparation guidance, providing hands-on assistance, consistent communication, and real-time support during the sorority recruitment process.
Direct communication and personalized support throughout recruitment week. Support can take place however the PNM feels most comfortable, including phone calls, Zoom, text messaging, or voice memos.

Bid Day Blueprint is designed to prepare and support PNMs throughout the recruitment process, but final recruitment outcomes are determined solely by each university’s Panhellenic recruitment system and individual sororities.
